Montana’s medical marijuana community has seen a huge shake up since July 1st of this year. Labs have gone dark do to the legislative pressures to “repeal” the will of the people. In true Montana style “patients” and “caregivers” banded together to halt the advancing armies of cannabis prohibition.
The Montana State Legislature passed the repeal in disguise Senate Bill 423. This NEW law reversed many of the advances we made, here in Montana, towards patient access to quality controlled medicinal grade cannabis and cannabis infused products.
